筒式磁选机简介

　　永磁筒式磁选机适用于冶金矿山矿业选矿、选矿厂等企业事业单位及个人用户,用于选别细颗粒的磁性矿物,或者,除去非磁性矿物中混杂的磁性矿物.

　　应用范围

　　筒式磁选机适用于粒度 3mm 以下的磁黄铁矿、磁铁矿、焙烧矿、钛铁矿等物料的湿式磁选;也用于煤、非金属矿、建材等物料的除铁作业.磁选机的磁系采用优质的铁氧体材料(或与稀土磁钢复合而成),筒表平均磁感应强度为 100~600 mT.根据不同用户的需要,可提供顺流、半逆流、逆流型等多种不同表强的磁选.磁选机具有结构简单、处理量大、操作方便、易于维护等优点.

　　分类

　　磁选机可以根据磁场强度分为低磁磁选机、中磁磁选机、高磁磁选机;按照产生磁场的方法可以分为电磁磁选机和永磁磁选机;按照结构不同又可分为盘式、筒式、辊式、环式、转鼓式、转笼式和带式磁选机;按选别方法可分为干式和湿式磁选机.

　　工作原理

　　矿浆经给矿箱流入槽体后,在给矿喷水管的水流作用下,矿粒呈松散状态进入槽体的给矿区.在磁场的作用,磁性矿粒发生磁聚而形成"磁团"或"磁链","磁团"或"磁链"在矿浆中受磁力作用,向磁极运动,而被吸附在圆筒上
